Ingredients:
Oreo pie crust
Oreo cookies
Ice-cream (your choice of flavor)
Dark Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs (or chocolate chips)
Instructions:
Fill the Oreo pie crust with ice cream. (Make sure the ice cream sits out until softened.)
Spread the ice cream evenly.
It should look like this. |
Sprinkle the cacao nibs onto the ice cream.
Crush a handful of Oreo cookies.
Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the ice cream.
Put the ice cream pie in the freezer for two hours or overnight. Serve when the ice cream has reset.
