Questions Children Ask Blogger Moms

Questions children ask blogger moms by A Slice Of Homeschool Pie.com #blogging

You know your children must know you're a Blogger when they ask:

Regarding Facebook: "How many 'likes' did you get?"

Regarding your blog: "Did your pageviews go up?"

When using your computer: "What's your post about?"

When receiving another package: "Another review?"

When taking photographs: "Is that for a post?"

And finally, you know they know you're a Blogger when:

You have a deep conversation with your child and at the end he says, "You should write a blog post about this."

    1. It's during those times that I suggest that maybe they should write a post (anything to encourage them to write). :-)

  2. I love this! I said it on your pin, but my kids are always asking if I'm taking pictures of our activities for my weekly wrap up. :-) And even if I'm not reviewing a product, they'll offer opinions as to what I should say if I review it.

  3. One time, someone came up to us and said that I looked familiar but she couldn't quite place me. I chatted with her a bit and after she walked away, my daughter said, "she recognizes us because we're famous from your blog, right mommy?"!!!

    1. I'm trying to encourage my son to start a blog, but he's still not comfortable writing. Maybe once he gets older that will change.

  6. I can so relate! My teens say, "Don't put this on the blog!" when I take pictures or when they do something dumb. :D If I assign something out of the ordinary for schoolwork, they say, "Is this a review?"

    1. Shecki, my son will be a teen in a month. I wonder how long before he starts telling me the same thing about not putting things on the blog? Right now he's pretty good about allowing me to share things. :-)

  7. My daughter asks 'Hey Mom should we do a video today? The last one got X views'
My Son does the ''NO Facebook or Instagram with that picture' So I usually respond with Ok where is that twitter app?
Another son will call and say "Ok I have a question and this is not to go online ANYWHERE" Or "Mom, I have a suggestion for a new video how about..."
So yea I get suggestion and 'warnings' from mine.

  8. I love it! I had to laugh because some of those things have been said by my own daughter. I also have her best friend who is always asking me whenever I take a picture "Is this going on your blog? I love being on your blog." LOL www.solagratiamom.com

  9. Those are great! I just started blogging in July and my oldest just turned 3 this month but she'll sit down with the little baby toy computer in front of her and furiously start "typing" away saying, "I'm working on my blog."

  10. My girls have no idea what blogging is, it's just mummy's job. But they do get excited when I tell them about new likes and so on, lol! Bless them!

  12. My oldest wanted to sit down one time and dig through all the site statistics, asking what organic visits vs referrals are. I'm sure in a year or two he'll be giving me all sorts of advice on how to better manage things. But I let the kids veto any blog post that is about anything to do with them.
